Water Sort
Water Sort is a puzzle game that stimulates the player's brain when creatively solving problems. Use your thinking to arrange the tubes according to its rules.
Level Structure and Game Board
- Each level starts with a number of glass tubes. Most of the tubes are already filled with a mixture of different water colors.
- There are always at least one or two completely empty tubes to create space for water movement.
- The number of colors is usually equal to the number of tubes that need to be filled when finished (e.g., 5 watercolors, you need 5 completed tubes).
Master the principles of pouring water
To move water from one tube to another, you must strictly follow the following three logical rules:
- Touch the tube containing the water you want to pour, then touch the tube you want to receive water.
- Water can only be poured onto a layer of water of the same color. For example, Green water can only be poured onto a layer of green water in the destination tube.
- The destination tube must have enough space left to hold all the water you want to pour from the source tube. If the destination pipe has only half the amount of water you poured, the action will not be allowed.
Exceptional and Special Actions
- Any color of water can be poured into a completely empty pipe. This is the most important move to free up space.
- When you pour water, all the water of the same color at the top of the source pipe will be poured out at once, as long as the destination pipe meets both rules above.
Strategize and complete the levels
- Try to complete the levels when all the pipes with water contain only one color.
- The game has no time limit, so players can think for as long as they want.
- Always prioritize creating empty pipes or freeing pipes that are almost full so they can make flexible destination pipes.
- Try to focus on completing one color as quickly as possible (i.e., pouring all of those layers into a single tube) to remove that color from the equation and turn that tube into a finished water tube.
- Be careful not to get the necessary water layers stuck under other layers. For example, if the red needs to move but is blocked by the blue on top, and you have nowhere to pour the blue, you are stuck.
Have you completed the color sorting challenge in this game yet? If you loved the logical arrangement and space optimization in Water Sort, then you will definitely be attracted to Block Blast, where you have to use strategic thinking to clear the grid and set a high score record.
